Raising children is indeed a challenging, albeit rewarding task. There are many programmes in the community that help parents with communication, discipline and other parenting skills. As your child is between 0 to 19 years old, you may find the following programmes useful.
1. Building a Strong and Happy Family (Preschoolers) Parents will:
- Hear about why strong and happy families are vital to our human survival
- Be brought through the different stages of parenthood and
- Be provided with tips on how to build strong and lasting relationship

A key distinctive of this programme is that it will inspire parents to see the possibilities and understand the unique opportunities in their children in each unique age group.
